Job Summary
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
📍A proven track record managing third-party events from strategy through execution. 📍Hands on experience with venue sourcing, contract coordination, and vendor management for in-house events. 📍Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. 📍Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal — with an ability to collaborate across departments. 📍Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing tight deadlines. 📍Data-driven decision-making capabilities. 📍Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if:
📍You have experience working in event marketing within the crypto, finance, or FinTech industries 📍You’re proficient in Salesforce, Luma, or other event marketing tools 📍You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system.
