Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Full 360 local marketing execution: both online and offline: Events, Partnerships, CRM, Users Lifecycle, SEO & ASO. 📍Secure External Marketing Acquisition + Existing Users Retention. 📍Hyper Localization across Blogs, CRM, announcements to deliver cultural adoption. 📍Social Media channels management, Community Engagement with Binance Angels, KOLs Onboarding & Partnerships. 📍Manage local marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI. 📍Deliver timely and clear reporting and accountability on campaign performance.
Requirements:
📍Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience (Web3, fintech, or agency background preferred). 📍Proven track record in partnerships, campaign management, community building, or lifecycle marketing. 📍Previous experience working in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup is highly desirable. 📍Native Czech/Slovak languages proficiency. 📍Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions.
