Our native token $KERNEL is live on major exchanges such as Binance, Coinbase, Gate.io , and Bybit. We're now looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to shape the next wave of growth and TVL expansion. Requirements: 3 - 5+ years in token marketing, DeFi marketing, or Web3 growth roles. Deep understanding of tokenomics, staking, validator incentives, and crypto-native user behaviour. Proven track record in TVL growth, performance marketing, and crypto acquisition funnels. Hands-on experience managing KOL/alpha community relationships and paid campaigns Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management skills Comfortable working in fast-moving, async, remote-first environments Passion for decentralization and KernelDAO’s mission Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a token marketing role at a top-tier DeFi or LRT project Familiarity with restaking, liquid staking, validator coordination, and modular infrastructure Experience leading growth experiments and performance marketing with high capital efficiency.
