Job Summary
Technical Skills:
📍Experience in negotiating a variety of complex agreements and an understanding of basic contract principles. 📍An ability to develop the legal team’s negotiation playbook and keep it updated according to industry standards and regulatory developments. 📍Strong understanding of agreement terms and its impact across different internal teams and the company as a whole. 📍Familiarity with the types of institutional clients we serve, from traditional financial institutions to venture capital funds to protocols
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
đź“ŤA J.D. degree and at least 5 years of experience. đź“ŤA background in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, and are comfortable interacting with sophisticated institutional clients and counterparties. đź“ŤDemonstrated experience working closely with the business and other cross functional teams to build new products, solve complex issues, and strategize growth. đź“ŤEnthusiasm for crypto and a foundational understanding of the crypto industry and applicable laws/regulations both in the U.S. and internationally. đź“ŤDemonstrated close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects. đź“ŤThe ability to execute with minimal supervision and balance commercial and legal realities.
