👉 What You’ll Do TL;DR -> Building Web3 Twitter presence & engagement in industry discussions, working closely with the Sales team to create strong Marketing support for Sales activities, building brand awareness, creating engaging and followable content on Twitter, Discord, Telegram, managing Marketing partnerships with top companies in the space, managing & growing the RedStone community, writing articles. Create and execute marketing & brand awareness campaigns for RedStone using multiple channels like Twitter, Discord and Telegram; Write, edit, publish and share engaging content daily on Twitter (e.g. posts, photos, videos and news); Prepare research for and write deep-dive content about our infrastructure, state of the market, and hypothesis for the future (threads, blog articles, website updates, newsletters); Own the process of Marketing Cooperation with our Partners - some of the most prominent companies in the space; Develop and implement creative activities, marketing, methodologies and processes to drive overall ecosystem excellence, like AMAs, Twitter Spaces and Podcasts; Closely follow the discussion on Oracle-related topics, engage in them, write comments, monitor other projects present the space; Spearhead educational and community initiatives to grow RedStone’s users and network participants like RedStone use cases descriptions; Develop and execute community onboarding and retention programs, engage in community-building activities; Organize online and offline events or any other activities that involve ecosystem participation; Work with external product, business, marketing and community teams to build a thriving ecosystem;

👉 Skills You’ll Need At least a basic understanding of technical crypto terminology and components is preferred - minimum knowledge about decentralized applications (dApps) too; Deep interest in Web3 & DeFi and a willingness to broaden and deepen blockchain ecosystem understanding; Research edge - writing partially technical articles (we don’t require you to know how to code but you should be able to grasp technical concepts and explain them clearly) At least 1 year of experience in marketing / social media management / similar; Experience with Content Marketing and running Social Media Marketing campaigns; Excellent communication and writing skills with attention to detail; Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate efforts and operations between many stakeholders; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and remote team *** Fluency in written and spoken English skills. Preferablly located in Poland, especially Warsaw (we have an office here)**

👉 Nice to haves Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills; Understanding of graphic design applications & Intermediate Excel abilities; Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; Leadership abilities and a self-starter, with proven experience managing projects and/or other planning-related duties;
