Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our technical and DAO teams, contributing to multiple projects that shape the future of decentralized technology.
Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
šDevelop and implement go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams of community managers and other marketing subject matter experts to drive the adoption of Arbitrum tech stack and Stylus as well as engagement on key initiatives. šConduct analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities. šOversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, paid advertising, etc.). šTrack and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI. šStreamline marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. šManage marketing budgets and resources to ensure optimal allocation and utilization. šOversee the implementation of marketing technologies and tools. šMonitor industry trends and best practices to inform the entire organization and help stay ahead of the curve. šEnsure timeline reporting of campaign results and learnings to the leadership and cross-functional teams. šWork closely with product, dev rel and business development teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts. šCollaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives. šTrack the performance of various community engagement programs such as the Ambassador Program, and KOL marketing and readjust the resource allocation based on their performance.
What You'll Need
š7+ years of experience in marketing strategy and operations, preferably in a technology or blockchain-related industry. šStrong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem. šProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. šExperience with marketing analytics and measurement tools. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. šStrong project management and organizational skills. šAbility to work independently and as part of a team. šPassion for the future of blockchain technology and the Arbitrum ecosystem.
