Job Summary
This opportunity is for a Marketing Manager to lead a team of four and develop and manage the marketing plan for a growing company in the hypergrowth SaaS or B2B tech industry. The role involves overseeing B2B acquisition and partner marketing strategies, creating marketing content, managing a budget, and measuring campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the strategic marketing plan and budget to drive brand awareness and prospect pipeline generation, including B2B acquisition, partner marketing, and growth marketing strategies.
Lead and manage a team of four across various marketing disciplines, including PR and Brand, Content, Social strategies, and product marketing and sales enablement assets.
Plan and support the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, measure and report on their performance, and work closely with the business development sales team, customer success, and product teams to ensure the success of the growth phase.
The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in marketing, strong project and people management skills, and a good understanding of blockchain technologies and cryptocurrencies.
