Job Summary
Responsibilities
šResearch the product or subject of your campaigns, the intended audience, and become extremely familiar with the web3 landscape in which we operate. šBrainstorm and come up with creative concepts for marketing initiatives and campaigns that satisfy business needs with an aim to move the needle, deliver results and hit objectives. šDevelop thorough marketing plans and effectively present or pitch your campaigns to stakeholders for approval. šPlan and budget your campaigns, manage resources to be cost effective, and deliver high ROI. šWrite effective creative briefs, to delegate execution to the internal creative team or external vendors. šManage the creative teamās execution, ensuring the final assets adhere to the marketing plan and expected vision. šDeliver and launch your campaign or initiative, promoting and championing your campaign. šTrack metrics and analyze results; producing a post-mortem analysis. The ideal candidate has:
šSuperior communication skills, includes writing, listening, speaking. š3-5 years experience in managing marketing campaigns and initiatives in a similar role. šAble to manage complex projects with many moving parts, milestones and deadlines. šDeep knowledge of Web3 and blockchain culture, tech, audiences, and applications. šUp-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media marketing, digital advertising, and the blockchain industry. šAbility to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. šGood interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. šStrong attention to detail, able to deliver error-free, world-class results. šTakes initiative and responsibility for driving and completing projects. šExhibits management and leadership qualities, providing guidance to junior teammates.
