Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šPlan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across social, performance ads, influencers, community platforms, and partnerships šDrive user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement for players across global markets šBuild and scale the Helium Wars community across Discord, Telegram, X, and other relevant platforms šManage influencer, KOL and creator collaborations across gaming ecosystems šLead launch strategies for game updates, seasons, features, and ecosystem initiatives šDesign and execute community-driven campaigns such as quests, events, early access programs, and on-chain or off-chain activations šTrack and analyze marketing performance (CPI, CAC, retention, LTV, engagement) and continuously iterate based on data šCollaborate closely with product, design, growth, and leadership teams to align marketing with product and business goals šStay ahead of trends in gaming, digital marketing, and gaming ecosystems and apply them pragmatically
Required Qualifications
š4ā8 years of experience in marketing, growth, or community roles šExperience marketing games, consumer apps, or digital products at scale šStrong understanding of performance marketing, content strategy, influencer marketing, and community building šData-driven mindset with experience using analytics and growth tools šStrong communication, storytelling, and execution skills šExperience with game launches, live-ops marketing, or esports communities šGenuine interest in gaming and emerging technology
