Job Summary
Responsibilities
šCampaigns execution: Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support, driving collaboration, and tracking results of campaigns. Likely to include PR, events, social media šCreate, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics šSensitive towards userās needs and experience on the Binance platform, able to innovate new ways to improve user experience/interaction/perception of the brand in a local context šA sense of aesthetics, a love for great copy and strong communication ability šWork with a global & regional performance team to maximise outcomes of global marketing activity for Binance New Zealand. This will include: Tracking and optimising performance (conversion rates, cost per acquisition) of acquisition marketing activity; Localising messaging to improve relevance and performance šGather best practice and global input to assist with activities e.g. PR, sponsorship, events šOrganisational Capability: Contribute to Binance New Zealand's position as a thought leader in the New Zealand & Global digital exchange industry šRepresent Binance New Zealand at industry events
Requirements
š5+ years experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns šDetail and results-orientated, adaptability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment šBasic experience in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, šVideo editing software will be a plus šInterest in Cryptocurrency šStrong communication skills and an ability to deliver to deadlines šA bias for results and execution, and the humility and confidence to put team success ahead of self šEffective project management skills, the ability to think laterally, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills are essential.
