Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Unlock new user growth through product offerings design, content marketing, social media campaigns and affiliate collaboration; 📍Implementing marketing framework for the region; 📍Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability; 📍Map out the user journey and increase user funnel conversion through surfacing product ask, user education, and operation campaign; 📍Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimisations across web and native-app growth channels; 📍Experience in creating sponsorship & partnership projects from scratch (incl. execution and reporting); non-standard user activation will be an advantage; 📍Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth; 📍Help to shape and grow the Binance brand in the CIS Region; 📍Report on the effectiveness of campaigns; 📍Reach ambitious growth KPIs.
Requirements:
📍Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in tech/IT field or Digital Marketing agencies; 📍Execution-oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done; 📍Must have a strong interest in the crypto/blockchain/technology space; 📍Experienced on Acquisition & Existing Users Retention, Paid Ads, Social Media & Community, Affiliates, Analytics, Creative Marketing; 📍Must be able to work independently; Result and self driven mindset; 📍Must speak native-level Russian and have a strong grasp of English; 📍Crypto enthusiasts who are aware of the latest trends on-chain.
