Job Summary
WrldBuilder, the Metaverse Construction Company, is looking for a Marketing Lead to own our developer talent bench recruitment funnel and lead the growth of our community. The ideal has deep experience cultivating a community and creating recruitment funnels. A candidate that is Bay Area based is highly preferred for this position.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities
Own, define, and execute the overall marketing funnel growth strategy of talent recruitment and retention, inbound and outbound marketing, lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing, and paid and organic channels. Create and cultivate a community that champions the creators in our talent bench to provide them with exciting opportunities. Measure, report, and evangelize the impact of marketing investments and advocate for further investment to support business goals. Develop strategies for integrated marketing and targeted demand generation campaigns, ensuring the highest quality, impact, and velocity in partnership with marketing, sales development, sales operations, and other teams. Develop inbound and outbound demand generation strategy for online and offline channels including email, web, paid search and social, programmatic, retargeting, direct mail, events, webinars, account-based marketing, content syndication, and more. Synthesize complex data, influence executive decision-making, and drive organizational change to unlock broad-scale business impact. Be the voice of the company at all levels, both internally and externally, as a representative of WrldBuilder.
