Job Summary
What will you do:
šSolve problems! Dive into real-world projects from day one, addressing dynamic challenges and contributing to the company's growth. šOnboarding & Training (Months 1-2): Receive one-on-one mentorship and weekly feedback from seasoned marketing leaders. Learn global sales strategies, key marketing processes, and build your essential business development toolkit. šProject Immersion (Months 3-4): Dive into real-world projects and gain practical experience working with actual clients while working alongside regional sales leaders on high-impact deals. Build, implement, and review your marketing strategies. šLeadership Excellence & Impact (Months 5-6): Lead impactful projects demonstrating your growth on your journey to become a global ambassador of the company.
What you bring to the table:
šYou are smarter than the average, a team player, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a hands-on problem solver. šExcellent German and English communication > šAnalytical mindset - you want to understand why things work a certain way and are fearless in putting in the extra effort. šStrong desire to evolve your career in a tech environment at the center of cloud and deep tech. šDigital native - even without programming experience, you are a techie at heart and love to learn new technologies. šPrior relevant work experience, i.e., in consulting, tech startups, or other fast-paced, innovative environments. šAt least finalizing your BSc degree in Marketing, Business, Science or related studies.
