Key Responsibilities
šStrategic Leadership: šDefine and execute the overall marketing strategy to position the company as a leading crypto exchange. šCollaborate closely with the executive team to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives and drive revenue growth. šOversee brand strategy to ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all markets and channels. šGrowth & Acquisition šLead user acquisition efforts through performance marketing, strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and referral programs. šDevelop and implement strategies to increase trading volume, liquidity, and user engagement. šLeverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing ROI and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV). šCommunity & Ecosystem Development šDrive global community-building initiatives across online platforms (Discord, Telegram, X/Twitter) and offline events (meetups, conferences). šPartner with product, business development, and ecosystem teams to execute co-marketing campaigns and foster ecosystem growth. šMonitor community sentiment and serve as the voice of the customer within the organization. šTeam Management šBuild, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, including specialists in digital marketing, content, branding, community, and partnerships. šCultivate a data-driven, innovative, and collaborative team culture. šManage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently across functions.
Qualifications
šMinimum 5 years of full stack marketing experience in crypto, fintech, financial services or internet companies. šStrong understanding of local crypto markets, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystem. šProven track record of driving user growth, brand development, and global marketing campaigns. šExperience leading large-scale digital acquisition, performance marketing, and community engagement. šExceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. šData-driven mindset with experience using analytics and marketing automation tools. šPreferred / Nice-to-HavePrior experience at a crypto exchange, wallet, DeFi platform, or Web3 company.
