Job Summary
What You Will Do
šStrategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring consistency across all channels. šTeam Leadership: Manage and lead a high-performing marketing team, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. šCampaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing activities across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives. šMarket Research: Conduct market analysis, competitor assessments, and customer insights to inform strategic marketing decisions and identify new opportunities. šCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with ecosystem partners, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts that drive business outcomes. šBrand Management: Protect and enhance the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistent information delivery and visual representation across all touchpoints. šDigital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing plans, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising, to ensure a strong online presence. šPerformance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly analyze and report on the performance of marketing activities, and use data to drive decision-making.
What You Will Need
šPreference for candidates with 2+ years of experience in Web3 or blockchain, a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). šFamiliarity with brand operating models and understanding of industry trends and dynamics. šStrong leadership skills, with 3+ years of team-building experience, and the ability to effectively motivate and manage teams. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans as a strategic thinker. šSensitivity to market/brand and consumer trends.
