Job Summary

Responsibilities:

📍Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and engagement strategy, including identifying key opportunities for audience growth. 📍Community Building: Lead efforts to build and nurture a strong, engaged community around our products through social media, forums, and other digital marketing channels. 📍Partnership Marketing: Work with growth team to support strategic partnerships in marketing efforts. 📍Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content tailored to the web3 audience, including blog posts, videos/audio, and social. 📍Event Support: Work with event team to drive audience to hackathons, meetups, and online activations, to increase brand visibility and community engagement. 📍Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in web3. 📍Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of ecosystem marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

📍Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. 📍6+ years proven experience in business development at a tech company, with at least 2 years experience in Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry. 📍Strong understanding of web3 including decentralized finance, social, and the wallets space. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders. 📍Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a track record of driving growth and engagement. 📍Creative thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation within the web3 space. 📍Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, analytics, and social media management. 📍Content creation and storytelling. 📍Analytical and data-driven decision making. 📍Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
