Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Bring together, explore and analyse large-scale datasets to find actionable marketing insights 📍Provide a better understanding of customers, their user characteristics and how they use our products 📍Segment and target customers effectively to maximise conversions and relevance of Bitpanda’s marketing campaigns while advancing strategic goals 📍Collaborate across multiple teams and departments to help support a data-driven marketing team 📍Create interactive reports and dashboards to solve specific needs and empower key stakeholders, extracting key insights and lessons from post-campaign performance data to shape upcoming product launches and marketing campaigns
Who you are
📍2+ years of experience in a data analytics or BI role 📍A data enthusiast who can translate complex topics into simple and actionable insights 📍Relevant experience in marketing analytics, consumer insights and/or business analysis 📍Excellent data querying and visualisation skills. 📍Proficiency in SQL, Tableau and Google Sheets is required; familiarity with Snowflake and Metabase are strongly preferred. 📍Detail orientation, proactivity, strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
