BE[IN]CRYPTO seeks a highly skilled and creative Marketing Copywriter (B2B) to develop and execute B2B marketing and sales content strategies across platforms, focusing on long-form content catering to the community of marketers. The successful candidate will create engaging articles, blog posts, infographics, scripts, and B2B sales materials like case studies and white papers. Experience in crypto, blockchain, NFTs, or web3 preferred.

In this role, you will leverage your creativity and exceptional writing skills to produce compelling copy for various assets that support our sales teams. From sales scripts and positioning statements to a wide range of communication materials and website content, you can shape our brand voice and contribute to building an effective marketing funnel.

This individual contributor position reports to the Head of B2B Marketing. Join us and make your mark on our exciting journey.

🦄 Responsibilities: ➔ Write copy for various digital and offline marketing initiatives, including landing pages, websites, product tutorials, videos, marketing campaigns, and blogs. ➔ Create SEO-friendly long-form B2B articles and support CRM initiatives with persuasive copy that motivates recipients to take action. ➔ Simplify detailed, complex briefs and translate them into customer-first language. ➔ Drive brand consistency across all company messaging and structure stories concisely, coherently, and engagingly. ➔ Provide customized messaging strategies and copy based on defined customer segments, user behavior knowledge, and best practice standards. ➔ Work with creative team leaders to evolve the brand voice and messaging across all media formats. ➔ Collaborate with creative team members, product managers, and business owners to determine concepts and copy direction for branding and marketing initiatives. ➔ Manage related design and development requests and assist in proofreading/testing content before deployment/distribution. ➔ Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to develop scenarios, scripts, and communication aspects for consistent and impactful messaging to maximize results. ➔ Utilize post-campaign analysis to improve our writing approach continuously.

🦄 Requirements: ➔ Educated to degree level or equivalent (in Media, Journalism, English Literature, or similar). ➔ 3+ years of solid technical content and copy creation experience within a digitally-led B2B marketing organization in the financial, investment, trading, advertising, media, or SaaS vertical. ➔ Native English proficiency is a must. ➔ Ability to translate complex information into simple, accurate, clear, consistent, and compelling messages for prospects, clients, and colleagues at all levels. ➔ Strong ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks. ➔ Proven ability to develop long-term working relationships within and across departments at all levels of the organization. ➔ Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. ➔ Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies. ➔ Meticulous attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities. ➔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

🦄 Additional (advantageous but not required): ➔ Experience in the media and publishing industry. ➔ Knowledge or experience in crypto, blockchain, NFTs, or web3.
