Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šOversee the creation, approval, and deployment of campaign assets, including trailers, key art, social content, and all marketing visuals and videos. šResponsible for receiving and tracking art requests from multiple teams, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met. šQC all assets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and quality standards. šAct as the central point of contact for in-house creative teams, marketing, production and external partners. šOrganize regular creative reviews with development teams and stakeholders to gather feedback and approvals. šSupport the team with logistics coordination for all art/game/marketing assets. šWork with department leads to align creative outputs with Seedworld's strategic goals. šCoordinate the flow of information between departments regarding deadlines, assignments and priorities on a daily and weekly process. šSource, manage approvals and maintain all marketing store assets and copy across Steam/ Epic stores. šProvide on-demand support for senior leadership requests for assets for special events, investor meetings, or media coverage. šEnsure all last-minute requests are met without compromising quality or timelines. šManage post-production vendors, including sourcing, bidding, and contractual processes. šSource in-game assets in collaboration with game producers and licensors. šWork with licensing teams to manage compositions and usage rights.
Proven Experience:
šDemonstrated success in content production for games, creative studios, or digital media companies. šExperience producing high-impact marketing assets, preferably in gaming or Web3 industries. šSkilled in managing production workflows using tools like Confluence, Miro, Smartsheet, Notion or similar platforms. šExceptional ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities. šAbility to provide editorial feedback to align assets with brand vision and quality standards. šKnowledge of gaming trends, NFT ecosystems, and Web3 content strategies is a strong plus. šFamiliarity with content production workflows, localization processes, and post-production tools.
