Job Summary
Role Responsibilities:
šEvent Management šMap out key conferences and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure optimal Auros participation. šPlan, manage, and execute all aspects of events from conception through to completion. šWork closely with internal teams to align event strategies and activities with overall business goals. šMaintain close relationships with the marketing and events teams of our partners. šDevelop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness. šCoordinate with vendors and suppliers for event logistics. šTrack event key performance areas and identify opportunities for improvement. šPromote events through various marketing channels to enhance visibility and attendance. šContent & Social Media šbe the mastermind behind all of our contentāfrom blogs to social media posts, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and amplifies the Auros brand in the crypto space. šManage all our social media platforms, engaging with our online community, and leveraging trending topics to our advantage. šCreate visually stunning graphics that complement your epic content. šBe the voice of Auros and represent our partnership effortsāassist our partnerships team in amplifying our work through all owned channels. šAnalyse, review, and report on the effectiveness of our content and social media strategy, ensuring we're always on top of our game. šWork closely with the rest of the marketing team to align your content strategy with our business goals and promotional campaigns. šExperiment constantly, testing and tweaking strategies to discover what works best for our brand. šBring your passion for crypto to work every day.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
šExperience in marketing within a startup or tech environment is a MUST. šBasic understanding of crypto is a MUST. It's acceptable if you've only paid attention to crypto outside of work. šA can-do attitude with an agreeable personality, the ability to manage stakeholders, and a high energy level. šActual experience with social media campaigns. šContent or research management experience is a nice-to-have. šUnderstanding of financial products and liquidity solutions is a nice-to-have.
