Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Identify and onboard new partners in the hotel, experience, and DMC segments to expand the company’s portfolio. 📍Negotiate and finalize contracts to align partnerships with the company’s strategic and quality objectives. 📍Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing suppliers to ensure collaboration and satisfaction. 📍Monitor partner performance, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon targets and service standards. 📍Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. 📍Develop strategies to optimize supplier portfolios and enhance overall partnership value. 📍Ensure adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and industry compliance standards. 📍Prepare detailed reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. 📍Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
Requirements:
📍Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 📍Minimum of 4 years of experience in supplier management, negotiations, or contracting within the travel or hospitality sector. 📍Strong understanding of the Far East Asian and South Asian markets. 📍Proven success in building and managing supplier partnerships to drive business growth.
