Our global crypto team possesses deep experience in both the scaling of new ventures and the restructuring of complex assets with asymmetric risk profiles. Through lateral acquisitions, Echo Base seeks to leverage operational and technical synergies across our portfolio companies. We seek a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and report to the VP of Growth. This role is critical to driving user and revenue growth, focusing on acquisition, retention, and effective channel management.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Project Management 📍Lead, track, drive and manage operational projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. 📍Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones. 📍Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. 📍Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. 📍Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and escalate to senior management as needed. 📍Conduct regular project status meetings and provide ongoing communication to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues. 📍Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project outcomes and operational metrics. 📍Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Candidate Requirements:
📍Minimum 5 years working experience in project management and operations management. 📍Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. 📍PMP certification and/or experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen or Lean is desirable. 📍Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
