Job Summary
Essential Responsibilities:
📍Execute plans to build and maintain partnerships with key payment entities. 📍Build rapport with operational stakeholders at partner organizations. 📍Manage contracts and agreements under senior guidance. 📍Partner with product and marketing teams to roll out new partnership-driven initiatives. 📍Analyze partner performance data to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities. 📍Track regulatory updates and competitive developments that could impact partnerships. 📍Report progress on partnerships to senior leadership regularly. 📍Lead internal teams in resolving partnership-related challenges. 📍Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables. 📍Identify incremental opportunities for partnership expansion.
Expected Qualifications:
📍5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:
📍Partnership Management: Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with banks, acquirers, processors, and payment service providers to ensure seamless operations and collaboration. 📍Contract & Commercial Oversight: Negotiate agreements, manage SLAs, and monitor commercial terms to maximize value from partners. 📍Operational Excellence: Oversee payment processing performance (authorizations, settlement, chargebacks, disputes) and proactively resolve issues with partners. 📍Optimization: Analyze transaction data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, improved approval rates, and enhanced customer experience.
