Job Summary
Role
📍We are looking for a Manager, Fraud Operations to lead a team of fraud investigation, prevention, and enforcement specialists. You will:
📍Manage a team of dispute agents and fraud investigators with the goal of safeguarding the platform from financial loss, and maintaining buyer and seller trusts.
📍Set and ensure performance for the team against quality, procedures and service level agreements goals, including payment processor requirements and benchmarks.
📍Monitor, assess, and report out on the effectiveness of controls. Identify gaps in processes and strategies, and work cross-functionally to solve them.
