Job Summary
In this high-profile, customer-facing position you will:
📍Be key team member responsible for one or more of Mastercard’s global partnerships with leading technology companies. 📍Lead the day-to-day customer relationship including building and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders 📍Help drive Mastercard’s go-to-market strategy with your partners across all Mastercard products and services. 📍Identify new opportunities to expand our partnerships and evaluate and assess impact of these potential opportunities. 📍Co-innovate with partners to build new product propositions through close collaboration with Mastercard product development and innovation teams. 📍Help represent your customers’ and the market perspective internally at Mastercard 📍Help lead all aspects of customer engagement and proposals (including crafting compelling RFP responses) and deal development (including business case development, commercial terms structuring, negotiations, and legal contracting) in close collaboration with key business partners (e.g., finance, legal, product, engineering) and regional teams.

While you might not be an engineer, you’re endlessly curious as to how solutions function 📍Given the scope of your work, exceptional project management and organizational skills 📍You have experience in deal development and can manage & lead a deal process end-to-end. 📍You have strong executive-level communication skills
