Job Summary
Responsibilities
šPlan and establish goals and objectives for the department or in partnership with the department lead. šDevelop and evaluate new product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements to existing product design that reflect business and user needs. šProvide functional/technical expertise by acting as the HR Technology subject matter expert and leading the company through global expansion. šIdentify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and technology enhancements. šDrive process improvements and efficiency within the HR department by leveraging innovative technology solutions. šEnsure that existing HR systems (ADP and Greenhouse) are configured to support HR processes, compliance, and reporting requirements. šCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system functionality šPartner with business stakeholders and lead through influence to conduct strategic planning and create product roadmap. Define and drive product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and plan functionality. šManage HR data integrity and security, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. šCommunicate with and influence senior leadership regarding matters of significant importance like solution design and prioritization of backlog. šManage and execute product roadmap to keep it on-track and under budget. Review backlog, risk, and issue areas, and proactively plan mitigation. šLead business stakeholder discussions for planning - provide feasibility, effort and capacity needs and proactively raise risks for any potential impacts. šLead change management efforts related to HR technology initiatives, ensuring successful adoption among colleagues and managers. šManage product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities, specifying requirements for current and future products. šInvest in product process improvements, utilizing data and organizational strategies to foster and influence change. šDevelop product documents and mockups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts. šBuild credibility as a thoughtful, creative, and effective communicator, having integrity and empathy, and passion.
Qualifications
šA high degree of confidentiality, resiliency, respect for others and tact are required šRequires a minimum 7-year prior relevant experience šAbility to lead through influence, manage stakeholders, and serve as a leader across People & Engagement projects. šMinimum 5 years of experience with ADP, Greenhouse, Workday, Dayforce or similar technologies strongly preferred with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting SASS projects and upgrades. šDemonstrated ability to drive change and innovation in HR technology šKnowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices šExperience leading large, enterprise-wide products and system implementations. šUnderstanding of Human Resources functions and business processes strongly preferred. šCritical thinker with the ability to develop multi-year product and technology roadmap and innovative solutions. šDeep understanding of people technology systems and their ability to transform people processes.
