Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Plan and establish goals and objectives for the department or in partnership with the department lead. šŸ“Develop and evaluate new product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements to existing product design that reflect business and user needs. šŸ“Provide functional/technical expertise by acting as the HR Technology subject matter expert and leading the company through global expansion. šŸ“Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and technology enhancements. šŸ“Drive process improvements and efficiency within the HR department by leveraging innovative technology solutions. šŸ“Ensure that existing HR systems (ADP and Greenhouse) are configured to support HR processes, compliance, and reporting requirements. šŸ“Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system functionality šŸ“Partner with business stakeholders and lead through influence to conduct strategic planning and create product roadmap. Define and drive product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and plan functionality. šŸ“Manage HR data integrity and security, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. šŸ“Communicate with and influence senior leadership regarding matters of significant importance like solution design and prioritization of backlog. šŸ“Manage and execute product roadmap to keep it on-track and under budget. Review backlog, risk, and issue areas, and proactively plan mitigation. šŸ“Lead business stakeholder discussions for planning - provide feasibility, effort and capacity needs and proactively raise risks for any potential impacts. šŸ“Lead change management efforts related to HR technology initiatives, ensuring successful adoption among colleagues and managers. šŸ“Manage product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities, specifying requirements for current and future products. šŸ“Invest in product process improvements, utilizing data and organizational strategies to foster and influence change. šŸ“Develop product documents and mockups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts. šŸ“Build credibility as a thoughtful, creative, and effective communicator, having integrity and empathy, and passion.

Qualifications

šŸ“A high degree of confidentiality, resiliency, respect for others and tact are required šŸ“Requires a minimum 7-year prior relevant experience šŸ“Ability to lead through influence, manage stakeholders, and serve as a leader across People & Engagement projects. šŸ“Minimum 5 years of experience with ADP, Greenhouse, Workday, Dayforce or similar technologies strongly preferred with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting SASS projects and upgrades. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation in HR technology šŸ“Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices šŸ“Experience leading large, enterprise-wide products and system implementations. šŸ“Understanding of Human Resources functions and business processes strongly preferred. šŸ“Critical thinker with the ability to develop multi-year product and technology roadmap and innovative solutions. šŸ“Deep understanding of people technology systems and their ability to transform people processes.
