Job Summary

Responsibilities

📍Plan and establish goals and objectives for the department or in partnership with the department lead. 📍Develop and evaluate new product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements to existing product design that reflect business and user needs. 📍Provide functional/technical expertise by acting as the HR Technology subject matter expert and leading the company through global expansion. 📍Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and technology enhancements. 📍Drive process improvements and efficiency within the HR department by leveraging innovative technology solutions. 📍Ensure that existing HR systems (ADP and Greenhouse) are configured to support HR processes, compliance, and reporting requirements. 📍Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system functionality 📍Partner with business stakeholders and lead through influence to conduct strategic planning and create product roadmap. Define and drive product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and plan functionality. 📍Manage HR data integrity and security, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. 📍Communicate with and influence senior leadership regarding matters of significant importance like solution design and prioritization of backlog. 📍Manage and execute product roadmap to keep it on-track and under budget. Review backlog, risk, and issue areas, and proactively plan mitigation. 📍Lead business stakeholder discussions for planning - provide feasibility, effort and capacity needs and proactively raise risks for any potential impacts. 📍Lead change management efforts related to HR technology initiatives, ensuring successful adoption among colleagues and managers. 📍Manage product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities, specifying requirements for current and future products. 📍Invest in product process improvements, utilizing data and organizational strategies to foster and influence change. 📍Develop product documents and mockups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts. 📍Build credibility as a thoughtful, creative, and effective communicator, having integrity and empathy, and passion.

Qualifications

📍A high degree of confidentiality, resiliency, respect for others and tact are required 📍Requires a minimum 7-year prior relevant experience 📍Ability to lead through influence, manage stakeholders, and serve as a leader across People & Engagement projects. 📍Minimum 5 years of experience with ADP, Greenhouse, Workday, Dayforce or similar technologies strongly preferred with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting SASS projects and upgrades. 📍Demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation in HR technology 📍Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices 📍Experience leading large, enterprise-wide products and system implementations. 📍Understanding of Human Resources functions and business processes strongly preferred. 📍Critical thinker with the ability to develop multi-year product and technology roadmap and innovative solutions. 📍Deep understanding of people technology systems and their ability to transform people processes.
