Job Summary
What You’ ll Be Doing
📍Leadership of a CDD team of over 20 people based in Hungary. 📍Leading strategic direction, training and advisory support with regards to EEA CDD processes. 📍Developing and maintaining robust KYC / KYB policies, procedures, controls, and frameworks. 📍Provide people management and development responsibilities, and ensure team service level standards are met. 📍Liaise with various functions (e.g. Compliance) and stakeholders across the business. within business units for onboarding or periodic review queries. 📍Oversee new client onboarding, and implement process enhancements to improve client onboarding experience in EEA. 📍Monitor periodic reviews to ensure regulatory requirements are met. 📍Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. 📍Prepare daily and weekly onboarding metrics and progress reports. 📍Ensure that all legal and customer files / data are maintained, in accordance with European Regulations and Group policies.
What We Look For In You
📍5 years experience of running a CDD team preferably in the financial service industry 📍Proven leadership and management skills. 📍Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills 📍Understanding of business, operations and risk functions. 📍Fluency in English 📍Bachelor’s Degree or relevant equivalent experience or professional qualification.
