Our Learning & Development Manager knows how to program manage and facilitate end-to-end learning experiences, design training programs and command a room. They are confident in managing the logistics, marketing and rollout of training programs, doing research for learning experiences, operating a learning management system and advocating for learning across a global organization.
Our Learning & Development Manager excels at creating an internal learning culture. We measure success by program engagement, behavioral change and skill adoption/application.

You led the redesign of our Chainalysis onboarding program You co-led the rollout and implementation of our new Learning Management System You supported the research, design and execution of our learning roadmap You proactively explored and introduced innovative learning ideas for the organization A background like this helps:
