Our Learning & Development Manager knows how to program manage and facilitate end-to-end learning experiences, design training programs and command a room. They are confident in managing the logistics, marketing and rollout of training programs, doing research for learning experiences, operating a learning management system and advocating for learning across a global organization. Our Learning & Development Manager excels at creating an internal learning culture. We measure success by program engagement, behavioral change and skill adoption/application.
