As a Cognyter you will:

📍Partner with business leaders to understand goals, challenges, and skill gaps - and turn them into actionable learning and enablement programs. 📍Lead learning needs analysis, define clear KPIs, and develop end-to-end learning solutions, from onboarding to upskilling to performance support. 📍Design and implement blended learning journeys using digital, live, and AI-based learning development tools. 📍Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality, relevant content. 📍Manage learning projects with structure, clarity, and a bias for execution. 📍Measure impact, analyze results, and continuously improve programs. 📍Lead change and adoption of new learning and performance practices across global teams. 📍Work closely with technical teams to translate complex, technical knowledge into engaging and accessible learning experiences.

Requirements

📍For that mission you will need: 📍5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field. 📍Proven ability to design scalable learning programs that drive measurable performance, in global or matrixed organizations. 📍Strong understanding of instructional design, digital learning, and AI-powered tools. 📍Ability to translate complex business and technical needs into clear learning strategies. 📍High technical orientation – ability and interest in learning and creating content on highly technical topics. 📍Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
