Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Executing low and high touch OTC trades according to "best execution principles" 📍Hedging PnL ownership and steering and parametrisation of the hedging algorithm for defined hedging books 📍Proactively shape our traderdesk capabilities through initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance. 📍Define, extend and maintain our asset offering 📍Overseeing execution policies, quality and ensure the highest standards to the satisfaction of our clients
Who you are
📍Based in the EU to qualify for a remote role (no UK applicants)
📍Profound experience in trading (crypto is a plus, ideally in multiple asset classes)
📍Strong understanding of trading economics (risk-adjusted decisions, liquidity, low-latency trading, slippage, spread/liquidity capturing, etc.)
📍Demonstrated ability in effective risk management and adherence to risk limits
📍Up-to-date knowledge of trading regulations and compliance standards (MIFID II, MICAR)
📍Doer with capability to work with multiple variables in different dimensions (Engineering, regulation, legal, risk, liquidity, accounting)
