Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Analysis of business requirements and determination of functional requirements for projects; 📍Preparation of technical assignments and specifications for projects; 📍Coordinating the work of a team consisting of business analysts and systems analysts and ensuring timely completion of tasks; 📍Project management and a team of analysts, understanding of Agile methodologies; 📍Assessing the effectiveness of current business processes and developing recommendations for their optimization.
Requirements:
📍Experience with Fintech or Banking domain is a must. 📍Business Process and Requirements Analysis: 📍Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify business needs and requirements, and formulate and evaluate functional requirements. 📍Project Management: Project management experience and knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. 📍Technical Understanding: Understanding of the fundamental aspects of software development, databases, information technology and their application in a business environment. 📍Good knowledge of UML notations and tools for preparing UML diagrams
Skills in preparing technical documentation:
📍knowledge and experience with UML notations and UML diagramming tools, experience in REST API development 📍Data skills: Experience with databases and SQL skills, knowledge of data tools such as Excel and BI systems. 📍Business Analytics: Experience with various types of business analysis such as SWOT analysis, competitor analysis, market analysis and others. 📍Change Management: Ability to manage changes in business processes and projects, as well as the ability to provide training and support to users.
