Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities
šDevelopment: Lead the architecture and development of a high-performance, and scalable iGaming product for both mobile and desktop web. šTechnical Leadership: Provide technical strategy, direction, and guidance on best practices in software design, architecture, and implementation. šCollaboration: Coordinate with all stakeholders, including product management, design, and platform teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases. šDrive Code Quality: Implement and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in security and performance. šProject Scoping and Planning: Work closely with stakeholders to define roadmaps, estimate timelines, and manage project priorities. šImprovement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging frameworks, and technologies relevant to the iGaming space.
Work Experience and Skills
Required Experience š10+ years of hands-on software development experience with a proven track record of designing and building high-performance, customer-facing web applications. šIn-depth knowledge of modern frameworks (React, TypeScript, Next.js, or similar), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and databases (SQL/NoSQL). šStrong experience with distributed systems and microservice architectures. šExperience mentoring engineers and cultivating high-performance environments.
