Job Summary
What you will do:
šLead design projects from concept to launch, owning end-to-end user journeys while balancing craft with appropriate design fidelity. šTranslate complex blockchain concepts into simple, accessible user experiences. šPartner with cross-functional partners to drive designs that balance customer experience with business outcomes. šEstablish and maintain cohesive design systems that ensure consistent experiences across all Wormhole Labs products. šChampion design throughout the organization, presenting compelling visions that inspire teams and executives alike. šBuild and nurture design culture, establishing processes that elevate the quality of all products the team ships.
Requirements:
š5+ years of product design experience with an exceptional portfolio of shipped work. šStrong track record designing consumer products used by millions of users, either in crypto or traditional tech. šBe crypto native and have pride in building products users love. šObsessed with craft and have sharp attention to detail in all aspects of design. šBe high agency and affect the outcomes they wish to see. šExpertise in Figma, industry best practices, and design systems.
