Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and create technical specifications. šDesign, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. šConduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. šStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvement. šTroubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions. šFoster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous learning within the engineering team.
Requirements
šMS/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields with strong Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures š5+ years of full-time software engineering experience. Strong plus if also knows C++ and backend well š3+ years of professional engineering management experience Programming experience and understanding of modern technology including: (ReactJS/React Native, NodeJS, Kubernetes, GCP, MongoDB, Docker) šExperience managing cloud operations for reliability, scalability, and security in GCP/AWS šExperience recruiting, hiring and onboarding engineering talent šStrong sense of responsibility; driving initiatives from inception to completion šProven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role. šStrong knowledge of software development principles, methodologies, and practices. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
