Responsibilities:

📍Regulatory Compliance & Governance 📍Develop, implement, and maintain a robust compliance framework aligned with AUSTRAC, ASIC, and other applicable regulatory bodies. 📍Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and other financial crime regulations. 📍Keep up to date with evolving regulatory requirements in Australia and globally, advising leadership on potential impacts. 📍Act as the primary point of contact with regulators, auditors, and external compliance stakeholders.

Qualifications:

📍Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field (Master’s or compliance certifications preferred). 📍Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services compliance, with at least 3 years in crypto, fintech, or blockchain-related firms. 📍Deep understanding of Australian financial regulations, including AUSTRAC, ASIC, and global regulatory trends in digital assets. 📍Proven track record in AML/CTF compliance, risk management, and regulatory engagement. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
