Job Summary
What you'll work on:
šDeveloping and improving the quality program to ensure quality reviews are completed in the most optimal way possible. šPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to enable the Compliance Quality program to be agile, and accommodate any Compliance or business-wide program or process changes šAssist the Manager, Compliance Quality Control and Assurance with ensuring all accountabilities are met and quality reviews are completed within the agreed timeframes and SLAs šWorking in collaboration with Risk, Compliance, outsourced vendors, L&D, WFM and Ops Excellence and a range of other stakeholders to create brilliant and effective partnerships šEngaging directly with our outsourced partners and vendors to ensure a clear understanding of the challenges and process to drive for increased quality performance and output šAssist with scaling the Compliance Quality program šContributing to the effective delivery of Scaled Services OKRs for each half šEnsuring effective communication and reporting for enhanced visibility across the business on key pieces of work šCompleting ad-hoc projects as required and in line with business needs šPerforming quality reviews on all AML processes: KYC onboarding, periodic reviews, transaction monitoring alert reviews, investigations, and sanctions alert reviews, as well as future Compliance Operations processes supported by the Quality Control and Assurance team, as needed
What youāll bring to Circle:
š7+ years experience in financial crimes compliance, with a minimum of 1 year in a quality role. šB.A./B.S. degree; quantitative or technical degree a plus. šStrong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. šAbility to maintain a strong operational focus with the ability to manage time sensitive workflows across competing priorities. šExperience analyzing large transactional data sets, proficiency in SQL preferred. CAMS, CFCS or CFE certification is a plus. šExceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address potential issues and risks. šExperience and comfort working in an ever changing industry and the flexibility to quickly react to changing demands. šOrganized, detailed, proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, multi-tasker, and creative. šProven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is extremely important. šAbility to prioritize workloads and ensure tasks are completed timely. šHigh integrity and ability to handle confidential information. šExperience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
