Responsibilities:

📍Manage/own operational relationship with key payments partner in Latam, driving their roadmap and outcomes to create best in class customer experiences for our customers 📍Partner with the PMs, Product, and Tech to drive innovation and constantly improve the user experience. 📍Support launches of new payment options and partner onboarding 📍Manage and develop external/internal channels to operate 24x7x365 support and payments system processes 📍Maintain knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and performance benchmark 📍Contribute requirements and insight to create world class products and processes to operate a global online payment platform 📍Identify operational gaps in new offerings and set operational requirements for new projects 📍Performing ad hoc analyses and provide recommendations as requested 📍Onsite role

Requirements:

📍5+ years’ experience in a similar role 📍Experience with either a payments processor, issuing bank and/or fintech payments company is strongly preferred 📍5+ years experience in similar role/ experience Program Manager 📍Great influencing and negotiation skills 📍Ability to prioritize critical work and manage expectations, deal with interruptions, and meet deadlines in a fast paced and growth orientated environment 📍Strong work ethic, good judgment, initiative and attention to detailAbility to understand how the business operates and the commercial upstream and downstream activities 📍Strong research, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and analytical skills 📍The ability to represent the company and brand excellently Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus 📍English and Spanish Business level or native
