Job Summary
The opportunity
šSupport the institutional sales effort across the US, drive client and volume growth for the institutional Kraken product suite. šGenerate, filter, and pursue client leads, including responding to inbound opportunities and assisting team members in doing the same. šBuild trustworthy relationships with our institutional clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Kraken can generate value for them. šPartner up with Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Business Development teams to provide market intelligence, develop new product features and leverage competitive advantages. šParticipate in industry events and conferences to generate leads and enhance Krakenās institutional brand presence. šBe a Kraken advocate in promoting our full product suite of products, services and companyās value to new and existing clients.
Skills you should HODL
šOver 5 years of expertise in trading environments and/or traditional finance sales, demonstrating a proven track record of driving sales and expanding business within the institutional sales segment. šPreferably, you have experience at a crypto company specializing in financial products for institutional clients. If not, a strong conviction in the future of crypto is highly valued and can be a great complement to your background. šDemonstrated ability to understand complex business problems, conduct analysis and identify innovative solutions. šPossess comprehensive knowledge of cryptocurrency regulations with a proven ability to navigate and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory frameworks. šA robust personal network within the financial services sector, particularly with a focus on institutional and corporate clients. šFearlessness to innovate boldly, move swiftly, and take calculated risks. šPassionate about the cryptocurrency world and most importantly a learning attitude about new crypto-industry trends. šBelieve wholeheartedly in the crypto, cypherpunk, libertarian values of Kraken described in our Tentaclements document. šLocated in the US with fluency in English, additional language fluency a plus.
