Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
šBuild and source for liquidity of Products on the Gate.io Platform šManage some of Gate.io's largest institutional clients, as well as stable accounts onboarded by the Business Development team šBuild and maintain successful long-term relationships with existing clients, retaining and constantly looking for ways to grow and improve trading volumes šWork closely with internal teams across the organization, not limiting to the marketing team, technical, and support team to assist clients in resolving their issues promptly šProactively monitor the competitor landscape and work with the product and marketing teams to iterate the overall strategy
Job Requirements:
šMinimum 2 years of experience in a business development role focusing on product and sales šPrior experience in a crypto exchange, investment firm, institutional brokerage, or electronic trading firm šProven track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets šA resourceful self-starter and tenacious problem-solver, willing to roll up oneās sleeves to meet client needs and improve client experience šPassionate about the crypto industry šDetail-oriented, results-focused individual who can work with minimal supervision šExcellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills. English is required, Mandarin would be a strong plus
