Job Summary
Main responsibilities:
šCollaborate with advertisers to define campaign objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and target audience; šMonitor affiliate performance by analyzing metrics such as clicks, conversions, conversion rates, and revenue; šAttend conferences and live meetings; šIdentify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; šManage contracts and agreements; šRespond to and distribute customers' inquiries; šSearching and categorizing new leads; šManaging CRM system; šReaching out to existing and prospective clients; šConduct research on competitors and new IT solutions; šModerate ads and handle all incoming requests; šProvide customers with reports and upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
š1+ year of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or related roles; šFamiliar with/proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau Software, JIRA; šAbility to create and analyze partner performance reports; šInterest in crypto and web3; šOutstanding analytic and problem-solving skills including experience analyzing data sets across/between multiple data platforms; šStrong numerical skills;
