Job Summary
Responsibilities
šPrepare and manage recruitment communications with the utmost confidentiality and trustworthiness. šMaintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficiency and compliance. šTake part in outsourcing candidates šPost and remove job listings, manage applications, and ensure a seamless flow of information. šDemonstrate exceptional administrative skills and strong problem-solving capabilities. šEffectively prioritize and manage time to ensure timely completion of recruitment tasks. šExhibit reliability, dependability, and strong motivation in all professional endeavors. šMaintain excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate orally and in writing effectively. šWork efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail. šHandle multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing various recruitment activities with ease. šDeliver exceptional client service, catering to both internal and external stakeholders. šDisplay flexibility and willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet departmental goals. šAre you the right person for this role?
The ideal candidate for us has:
šQualifications šMust possess a BS/BA degree from an accredited institution. šAt least 3-4 years of experience in tech recruitment, with an additional 2-3 years explicitly focused on Web3 recruitment and engineering/tech roles. šDemonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity. šProven administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. šStrong communication skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively across a distributed team. šHave experience with outsourcing for candidates
