šŸ“Prepare and manage recruitment communications with the utmost confidentiality and trustworthiness. šŸ“Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficiency and compliance. šŸ“Take part in outsourcing candidates šŸ“Post and remove job listings, manage applications, and ensure a seamless flow of information. šŸ“Demonstrate exceptional administrative skills and strong problem-solving capabilities. šŸ“Effectively prioritize and manage time to ensure timely completion of recruitment tasks. šŸ“Exhibit reliability, dependability, and strong motivation in all professional endeavors. šŸ“Maintain excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate orally and in writing effectively. šŸ“Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail. šŸ“Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing various recruitment activities with ease. šŸ“Deliver exceptional client service, catering to both internal and external stakeholders. šŸ“Display flexibility and willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet departmental goals. šŸ“Are you the right person for this role?

The ideal candidate for us has:

šŸ“Qualifications šŸ“Must possess a BS/BA degree from an accredited institution. šŸ“At least 3-4 years of experience in tech recruitment, with an additional 2-3 years explicitly focused on Web3 recruitment and engineering/tech roles. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity. šŸ“Proven administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. šŸ“Strong communication skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively across a distributed team. šŸ“Have experience with outsourcing for candidates
