Job Summary
Property Onboarding
šSupport the Acquisitions team with on-site property inspections, due diligence, and underwriting support šAssist in the transition of newly acquired assets from closing through operational stabilization šCoordinate initial property setup including utilities, vendor relationships, compliance requirements, and service agreements šImplement Gromaās established property management SOPs during the onboarding process šProvide feedback to Boston leadership regarding local operational considerations or Rhode Island regulatory requirements
Experience
š2ā4 years of experience in property management or a related real estate operations field šStrong organizational, documentation, and task management skills šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills šComfort working independently while maintaining structured communication with remote leadership šKnowledge of Rhode Island landlord-tenant law preferred šAbility to coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams effectively šAvailability to work evenings and weekends as needed
