What we will accomplish together:

📍Help onboard new developers by creating guides, tutorials, and example projects that showcase the first use cases for building on Flow. 📍Cultivate and engage Flow’s developer community across Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other key channels, providing technical support and fostering discussion. 📍Build in public, sharing insights, projects, and best practices that inspire developers and demonstrate Flow’s capabilities. 📍Create educational and technical content, from blog posts to live coding sessions, to help developers get started and deepen their understanding of Flow. 📍Gather and share developer feedback with internal teams, helping improve documentation, tooling, and overall onboarding experience.

About you:

📍Technical background with experience in Web3, blockchain, or smart contract development (Cadence experience is a plus, but not required). 📍Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to developers at different levels of experience. 📍Passion for community-building and developer engagement, with a desire to connect with and support builders across multiple platforms. 📍Experience creating developer-focused content (blog posts, videos, tutorials, or live coding sessions). 📍A growth mindset, eager to learn, experiment, and develop a personal brand as a trusted voice in the Web3 developer space.
