Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šConduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the DeFi and crypto sectors. šAssist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders. šCollaborate with product managers and developers to translate business needs into technical specifications. šSupport the development of business cases and project plans for new initiatives. šHelp prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the team. šMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and user satisfaction. šParticipate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for product improvements. šStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the crypto space.
Qualifications:
šBachelorās degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. šAbility / desire to work as long as needed, being able to do odd hours and sometimes weekends š1 full year of personal or professional experience with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the DeFi landscape. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. šProficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL). šResistance to pressure and extremely dynamic environment. šAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
