Job Summary
What Youāll Be Doing:
šResponsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the company's laptops (Windows, macOS), desktop computers, mobile devices (iOS & Android), IP phones, and other desktop IT equipment. šResponsible for the initial installation of the company's laptop computers (Windows, macOS), software and hardware installation, debugging, updating, maintenance, fault handling, etc. šResponsible for the daily operation and maintenance of all office IT-related systems, such as the office IP telephone system, video conference system, wireless projection system, CCTV, access control system, printer, etc. šResponsible for the daily inspection and testing of the office WiFi network, wired network, PIN network, and handling various office network problems. šAssist the network engineer in the operation of the server room, cabling, UPS system, and be responsible for the regular maintenance and IT inspection of the server room. šCreate IT knowledge-sharing documents and constantly improve the IT service desk knowledge base. šResponsible for the implementation of the strategy, technical standards, specifications, and technical solutions designed by the Global IT team. šBe responsible for improving the IT service satisfaction and service experience of employees in their office.
What We Look For In You:
šBachelor's degree or above in computer science, networking, engineering, or other related majors is preferred. šAt least 4 years of working experience in IT support, with working experience in large IT companies preferred. šHave experience in the operation and maintenance of Windows, macOS, WiFi networks, VPN networks, smart office systems, etc. šGood verbal presentation, group dynamics, facilitation skills, and a proactive approach to resolving problems and issues. šMultinational experience is highly preferred. Fluency in Mandarin is compulsory for effective communication with our stakeholders from Southeast Asia
