Key Responsibilities

📍Lead and Manage: Supervise, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers and data engineers, promoting an inclusive and high-performance culture 📍Technical Leadership: Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, maintainable software systems that integrate seamlessly with the Uniswap Protocol 📍Blockchain Data Integration: Oversee the extraction and transformation of blockchain and other data sources, ensuring quality and accuracy 📍Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define priorities, shape technical solutions, and deliver key features 📍Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and manage projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of key features 📍Innovation and Scalability: Drive initiatives to optimize data retrieval and processing, enhancing the performance of our systems as data volumes grow.

Requirements

📍Experience: 3+ years in software engineering roles, with at least 2 years of engineering management experience 📍Technical Expertise: Strong experience in software development and familiarity with blockchain data structures and APIs 📍Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, collaborative engineering teams 📍Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences 📍Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
