Job Summary
What you'll do:
šCollaborate with portfolio companies to determine key milestones for investment unlocks, and subsequently track and report on those milestones. šPrepare and present market research on various sectors of the Web3 ecosystem. šHelp maintain a pipeline of opportunities. šCoordinate internal resources across research, product, partnerships, finance for investment decision making, and tracking. šDeliver real-time performance data and tailor dashboards that enhance business decision-making capabilities.
What youāll need:
šProven track record of acquiring and guiding successful projects or teams in the blockchain space, with a focus on innovation and research collaboration, or experience bringing crypto products to market. šExperience in protocol design and development, with a strong technical background in blockchain technologies. šExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. šStrategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and ecosystem dynamics in the blockchain industry. š2+ years of investment banking, private equity or management consulting experience. šB.A. in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or technical field is preferred.
