Responsibilities
šManage the delivery of CertiKās KYC badge product šConduct interviews with project team members to assess risks and identify discrepancies šPerform thorough investigations using open-source information with limited data šProvide excellent customer service to clients undergoing the KYC process šCommunicate with teams about KYC badge status and requirements šHelp customers submit identification documents and verify them through systems šDocument your findings clearly to support each KYC badge decision šEvaluate project teams for quality and risk factors šCreate content and thought leadership related to KYC and investigations in Web3
Requirements
š3+ years of experience in investigations, KYC or a related field šProven experience conducting complex behavioral interviews šFluent in English šExcellent verbal and written communication skills šExperience performing OSINT investigations šFamiliar with Web3 social media platforms, especially X/Twitter šUnderstanding of KYC regulations, AML/CFT laws, and compliance standards šHighly organized and self-driven, able to work independently šComfortable in a fast-paced startup environment šAble to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively šPassionate about crypto and eager to learn about new projects
