We are looking for candidates to join the team of our new AA pc/console project. As Roof Stacks, we have implemented innovative projects since our establishment in 2015. Our mission is to become a global player in our areas of expertise that includes: tourism systems, augmented reality, game development and financial technology. While the development of our GoArt project continues rapidly, we are starting a new AA PC/Console game. Our project, is going to be published by a large media organization. We have a team that has been working together for a long time, has a common climate and a development language. We have a talented art team that has been involved in large projects before and has been working together for a long time. Job Summary
Job requirements:
šBachelor's degree preferably in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields, šMinimum of 5+ years of experience in employer branding and internal communication, šStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, šGood communication and interpersonal skills, šStrong analytical and reporting skills, šProficiency in written and verbal English, šExcellent presentation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
šDetermining employer brand and internal communication strategies to be implemented company-wide, šLeading the management of internal communication channels, šManaging and preparing HR related social media and internal posts with our inhouse marketing agency. šTaking actions to support the company's brand awareness and value, talent attraction, retention, and enhancement of employee loyalty and engagement, šImplementing initiatives to strengthen company culture, šConducting activities related to employee engagement and motivation.
