Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šProduct Requirements & Documentation: Work closely with the product team to write detailed product requirements for new DeFi features, ensuring clarity and alignment with engineering teams. šCustomer Testing & Feedback: Participate in user testing sessions, gather insights from real customers, and help translate feedback into actionable product improvements. šUser Engagement & Metrics: Analyse user behaviour and engagement data to identify trends, measure feature success, and make data-driven recommendations. šStakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholdersāincluding engineering, marketing, compliance, and investor relationsāto gather requirements and align priorities. šMarket Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about the latest trends in DeFi, real estate tokenisation, and digital investments, helping the team refine its strategy. šSupport Product Roadmap Execution: Assist in managing product timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring seamless feature rollouts.
What Weāre Looking For
šPassion for DeFi, fintech, and the future of digital investments. šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. šExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear product documentation. šAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. šBasic understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and tokenised assets is a plus. šExperience with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, or analytics platforms is a bonus.
